Accepted payment forms
The payment is made using a secure connection directly to the bank in charge of the transaction. The bank and card details of the clients do not pass through MiFarma, instead are processed directly by the bank. MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Euro 6000 cards are accepted.
Shipments to Europe will be sent by DPD whose delivery can take up to a week and your order is insured by the transport company.
Shipments to America are made by Post Mail as a registered letter, which can take customs expenses in the country of origin.
MiFarma is not responsible for customs charges or for the retention of the package by Customs in the country of destination. Customs management must be carried out by the client in all cases.
In case of returns, we will accept the request within 15 days of receipt of shipment. However, return shipping costs would are borne by the customer in all cases.
All products indicated as "In Stock" are available in stock at our warehouses and ready for shipment.
If we could not meet your current order, , due to a lack of stock in our warehouse caused by a computer or logistical error, we would contact you through an email address or phone.
Product photos are indicative (sometimes, the brand may change the packaging), but the important part is the name of the requested item, which is to be sent.
Discount coupons are never compatible with each other unless specifically announced otherwise.
Warranty and Returns
Durable product warranty: According to the provisions of article 123 of RDL 1/2007, the guarantee period for a product of a lasting nature (non-perishable) is two years from the delivery of said product, being necessary to inform it to Mifarma.es in the two months following its detection. The guarantee will be applied taking into account the nature of the goods marketed on the website: 1) They fit to the description made by the seller (always taking as reference the name of the product, since the image may vary depending on if the manufacturer modified the format or presentation thereof); 2) Are valid for the intended use; 3) Present the quality and expected benefits in this type of products. That being the case, Mifarma.es will assume the expenses derived from the replacement or repair of the product.
Right of withdrawal and returns: According to article 102 of RDL 1/2007, the consumer will have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, taking the delivery date provided by the transport company. Not being applicable a penalty for exercising their right of withdrawal or resignation. To make a refund you must contact us through our email email@example.com or phone 967115501 in the face of any incident that may result in a return of one to several products of your order before the expiration of the withdrawal period. The reason for the return must be indicated (defective or damaged product in transport, wrong product or other reasons not justified). So we can indicate the steps to follow to process the return. In case of receiving the product with damage caused during transport, it is important that you take some pictures of the packaging and the damages that support a possible claim to the transport company. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that refer to: The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly; the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery or show signs of having been used: the supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed indissociably with other goods.
- Return for defective product: Mifarma.es will send you a new product once the defective product is received in our facilities, and will assume the shipping costs originated by the return.
- Return for wrong product: In case you received a wrong product in your order, Mifarma.es will resolve the error in the shortest possible time. We will send the correct product immediately so that the courier company will proceed with the change for the wrong product. NOTE: In order to validate any return, it will be necessary to inform Mifarma.es beforehand. In no case will the refund be made before receiving and checking the status of the products in our facilities.
- Return of a product for unjustified reasons: You must contact us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order and we will indicate the steps to follow to make the return of the product. After receiving and checking the status of the products in our facilities we will make the payment of the amount corresponding to the price paid for it at the time of purchase (taking into account discounts or coupons used).
- In accordance with current regulations, refunds of food products such as baby milk, baby food, food supplements, etc. are not accepted, since the quality control of them is lost. For reasons of hygiene, neither girdles, diaper cakes, glasses, panties, bras and mattresses, among others, are changed.
- Refunds will be available within 14 calendar days after the product has been delivered at Mifarma.
