Please read these General Conditions of Purchase, before using the website www.mifarma.co.uk, as well as the services offered by MIFARMA TIENDA ON-LINE S.L.
The use of the services of the online store of MIFARMA TIENDA ON-LINE by the customer presupposes, in any case, adherence to the General Purchase Conditions in the version published by MIFARMA TIENDA ON-LINE at the same time as the purchase order.
Therefore, it is convenient that the customer read these General Conditions before proceeding to make a purchase.
1. LEGAL INFORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS.

MI FARMA through these General Conditions of Purchase offers its users and visitors the possibility of making the online purchase of pharmacy products, parapharmacy, herbalist, optics, orthopedics, cosmetics, beauty, hygiene, among other products; besides establishing communication with the user.
MI FARMA may alter at any time and without prior notice, the design, presentation and/or configuration of the Website www.mifarma.co.uk, as well as some or all services.
1.3.- Acceptance of the particular conditions of purchase.
The access and use of the On-Line Store service of MIFARMA imply by the Visitor and/or by the Registered User the full and unreserved acceptance of all the conditions contained in these General Purchase Conditions.
These General Purchase Conditions apply to the sale of all items that MIFARMA sells through http://www.mifarma.co.uk, exclusively targeting a public over 18 years of age.
MIFARMA reserves the right to cancel a customer's access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.

2.- ON-LINE PURCHASE PROCESS.
2.1.- Our products, how to find them?
MIFARMA offers you a virtual store that offers all kinds of pharmacy, beauty, health and parapharmacy products organized in families, to make it easier for you to find them.
From the home page you can access all the levels of product families by a keypad located at the top, and on the inside pages, by a drop-down that appears on the left side.
You can also find products in MIFARMA through the search engine, where you only have to enter a keyword (which can be the name of the product, features and even incomplete words) and give the search button.
All products have a detailed file, which includes a photograph, name, description and price with taxes included. The pictures of the products on the web are orientative, you must take into consideration the product description.
All the prices shown are final prices, and the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain at the time of the purchase is expressly included, without prejudice to the fact that the user will have at all times information disaggregated of the price of the product.
You will also be informed of the different types of shipping and delivery times, which you can select according to your needs.

2.3.- Availability of the products.

2.4.- How is the order processed?

- Method of payment.

2.5.- Transportation and Shipping costs.
The shipping and/or management costs are not included in the price and will be shown to the Customer before finalizing their purchase, depending on the shipping address of each order and the transport provider freely chosen by the Customer.
Regarding the shipping method that you select, they are established by the transport operators with whom we work with delivery times. MIFARMA is not responsible for any delay caused by transportation due to:

2.6.- What means of payment can I use?

This way of payment is immediate, at the moment in which the Client makes the payment, MIFARMA receives it, processing his order (after verification that the data is correct) and is not compatible with promos.

2.7.- And, if I have not made the purchase, what can I do?
If you detect that an undue or fraudulent charge has been made on the card used for purchases, you must immediately contact us and your bank; with us through email or telephone, in the shortest possible time so that we can make the necessary arrangements. 3.- MIFARMA'S VALES AND DISCOUNT COUPONS.
MIFARMA reserves the right to provide gift vouchers and/or promotional coupons or discount vouchers to users and visitors of www.mifarma.co.uk, as deemed appropriate.
To make a correct use of said coupons and discount vouchers, you must indicate and enter the code at the time of formalization of the order, it will be applied by MIFARMA before confirming the payment.

4.- RETURNS AND CLAIMS.
- The period available for returns is 14 days from receipt of the order. After these 14 days, the return cannot be made.
- The Customer can return the complete order or only a part of it.

- In the case of voluntary return, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs.
- The products must be in the same condition in which they were received and must keep the packaging intact. - We do not accept returns of food products such as baby milk, baby food, food supplements, etc. because once delivered we lose the quality control on them. For reasons of hygiene we do not accept returns of containment bands, underwear, glasses, braces, sex toys or any other intimate accessories, face masks, among others.
- Once the order has been delivered, the customer must check that all products are the correct ones. It is necessary to keep the products with the packaging and the box until you check that there is no problem with the order.
- If the customer does not notice any damage in the package when it is delivered, or but realizes when he opens it that there are damage caused by transport, or the order is incomplete , he must notify MIFARMA within the following 24 hours, attaching evidence of what happened (photos, videos, etc.). Otherwise, the order will be considered to have been received without problems.
- Once this period of time has passed, both the courier and Mifarma will consider that the material sent is in perfect condition and will not take responsibility for any defects.
- In the event that the product does not comply with the characteristics of the descriptive sheet of the web page or in the event that the product is defective, the customer must contact Mifarma through the Customer Care within 48 hours after receiving the package. We will get back to you with the instructions to follow in this case as soon as possible.
5.- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, MIFARMA recognizes the right of withdrawal of any purchase made in www.mifarma.es within a maximum period of 14 days natural from the moment the Customer received the product. The Client must return or deliver the goods directly, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract. In relation to the withdrawal costs, this right can not entail any cost to the user, beyond that if the return is purely due to the right of withdrawal, and not to a lack of conformity of the product, the user must bear the cost of the return expenses of the same, unless the employer has agreed to assume them in the subscribed contract or has not previously informed the user that he must bear these expenses. 5.1.- Products not subject to the right of withdrawal.
In accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, it will not be possible to request the right of withdrawal in relation to:
"The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that refer to:

According to the normative in force, we do not accept returns of food products such as baby milk, baby food, food supplements, etc. due to the quality control of the same is lost. 6.- PRODUCT GUARANTEE.

As a result, the clause declared totally or partially null or ineffective will be considered as not.
13.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND SUBMISSION TO FUEROS.

In the event that the buying party acts on behalf of a legal entity, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Albacete.
