Nutritional supplement of coenzymed B vitamins, niacin without blushing effect and easily absorbed choline.
The B vitamins contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
They also promote the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contribute to normal energy metabolism.
They are essential to keep the immune system in good condition.
Vitamins B2, B6 and B12 participate in the maintenance of red blood cells and folates to the normal formation of blood cells.
Vitamin B2 supports the normal metabolism of iron. It also works together with other nutrients to promote good vision.
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) also participates in the production of stomach acids and in the muscle tone of the intestines.
Vitamin B3 increases the levels of HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol).

B6), inositol, ácido para-aminobenzoico (PABA), hexanicotinato de inositol (vit. B3), celulosa microcristalina (agente de carga), nicotinamida (vit. B3), metilcobalamina (vit. B12), estearato de magnesio vegetal y dióxido de silicio (antiaglomerantes), ácido fólico, D-biotina, riboflavina 5´-fosfato sódico (vit. B2), piridoxal 5´-fosfato (vit. B6), cápsula vegetal (agente de recubrimiento: celulosa vegetal; humectante: agua purificada).
