Creo que en un producto de este tipo (antioxidante) es imposible evaluar a corto-medio plazo los beneficios obtenidos, quizás si en la piel se pueda apreciar una mejoría. Yo lo llevo tomando desde hace bastante tiempo, confio en la veracidad de los estudios científicos que avalan que el resveratrol retarda del envejecimiento de las células a parte de otros beneficios para la salud.
