Ocuvite Lutein contains essential vitamins, antioxidants (vitamins C and E), minerals (zinc and selenium), lutein and zeaxanthin.
Lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids. Carotenoids are the yellow pigments / Orange found in fruits and vegetables, particularly in dark green leaves such as spinach vegetables.
