Bulgur made from organically grown durum wheat flour. Bulgur is precooked durum wheat, obtained after a long and slow cooking of the wheat grain.
Thanks to its high fiber content, it helps regulate intestinal transit.
It also provides the body with complex carbohydrates that provide energy and dietary fiber.
In addition, bulgur is rich in calcium, and provides vitamin A, vitamin B3, magnesium, potassium, zinc and iron.

Bulgur* de trigo duro. Contiene gluten. Puede contener trazas de soja, sésamo y frutos secos.
Mode of use
Poner a hervir el mismo volumen de agua o caldo vegetal que de bulgur. Cuando hierva, añadir el bulgur, retirar del fuego y tapar. Dejar reposar durante 15 minutos. Después añadir un chorrito de aceite y remover. Condimentar al gusto.
