Lemon-flavored isotonic drink that restores mineral levels in the body, preventing decreased performance, dehydration or hyponatremia due to lack of salts. Mode of use
Add 1.5 tablespoons (20g) of product with the dispenser included inside to 500ml of water and shake. Regularly consume small doses of 150 ml for 15/20 minutes, approximately 500 ml every 60 minutes before, during and after exercise. In case of high temperatures or conditions of high liquid losses, dilute 20g in a liter of water.
