A mi me parecen muy similares al pecho materno. El flujo depende de la fuerza de succion. En mi caso me han permitido combinar lactancia mixta, aunque mi hija de 14 meses cuando tiene mucha hambre prefiere el biberón porque ya tiene mucha fuerza y traga más rápido con las tetinas.
En mi caso no hay problemas de cólicos de lactante.
Las recambio por el tiempo pero el aspecto de la tetina es similar al primer día.
