Pileje Phytostandard Eschscholtzia and Valeriana is a food supplement that by its composition favors rest and sleep, indicated for episodes of insomnia of nervous origin or anxiety.
Ingredients
Extracts of California Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica florida aerial parts) and Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L. roots): acacia fiber, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. 4 tablets provide: Eschscholtzia extract (florid aerial parts) 320mg and Valerian extract (root) 128mg
How to use
Take 1 tablet half an hour before going to sleep and 2 more at bedtime.
Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect
Not advised in pregnant and lactating women and in children under 12 years old
