Hay que tomar dos paquetes pero al ser tan completo lleva hasta omega 3. Y todo lo necesario que se necesita a diario. Creo que es muy completo. Yo lo noto en rodillas, colesterol, uñas en general en todo el cuerpo. Pero hay que ser constante. Tiene buen sabor y yo lo tomo después de comer.

Llevo usando este producto un par de años por una rotura de Labrum y me va bastante bien. Además, noto beneficios en la piel, uñas y pelo. Es un producto caro pero he utilizado otros con menos ingredientes y se nota diferencia
