1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the bottle.
2. Wash the bottle, nipple and ring thoroughly, removing any milk residue.
3. Boil the bottle, nipple and ring for 5 minutes and leave them covered until ready to use.
4. Boil water for 5 minutes and let it cool.
5. Refer to the feeding table and pour the exact amount of warm water into the bottle (maximum 40°C).
6. Use only the scoop that is in the jar and level it with the inside rim of the jar.
7. Consult the feeding table and add the exact number of level measures based on the baby's age.
8. Close the bottle. Shake until the powder is completely dissolved.
