How to use:
-For the maintenance of the intimate wellness take one capsule a day for 20 days.-Acute phases of imbalances, infections or deficiencies take 2 capsules daily the first few days and then 1 capsule
daily for 2-3 months.

It is recommended to mix with liquids that are not hot.
