Tryptophan Plus from Integralia is a food supplement composed of L-Tritophane, which is an essential amino acid from tapioca; Magnesium, which strengthens the nervous system and reduces fatigue; Valerianoa and Hops extract, which contribute to falling asleep; and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12, which decrease tiredness and contribute to normal psychological functioning.
How to use Integralia Tryptophan Plus
Take 1 to 2 capsules a day after dinner.
It should not be consumed by pregnant women, people taking antidepressants or with kidney failure.
