      How to use

      After brushing, pour about 10-15 ml of undiluted mouthwash into a glass.

      Rinse your mouth for one minute, making sure the mouthwash reaches every corner of your mouth, and then spit it out.

      The mouthwash should not be swallowed.

      For optimal effect, rinse twice daily, morning and night.
