Eladiet Good Night 30 Tablets
Food supplement that favors the reconciliation of sleep and provides a restful rest.
Good Night is formulated with Valerian, which helps maintain natural sleep; California passionflower and poppy, which contribute to optimal relaxation and improve sleep quality; Gaba, one of the main neurotransmitters inhibitors of the nervous system; and vitamins B3 and B6, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Formulated with a new smart release technology in 2 phases. A first phase of immediate effect, in which melatonin is released, and a second phase of prolonged effect.
It contributes to the reduction of the time needed to fall asleep and improves its quality.
No added sugars, gluten free, lactose free and caffeine free.
How to use Eladiet Good Night
Take 1 tablet a day before bedtime.
Composition
1 tablet contains 100 mg ex. dried passionflower, 100 mg ex. dry valerian, 100 mg GABA, 50 mg ex. California dry poppy, 16 mg vitamin B3 (100% NRV), 1.95 mg melatonin, 1.4 mg vitamin B6 (100% NRV). NRV = reference value of nutrients by the EU.
